One on one Personal Training:

  • Work with Honestpt one on one to create a realistic game plan.  This means goal setting and setting up action plans.
  • Learn what foods work best for your body and your metabolism.  Meal planning is key!
  • Movement!  Practice how to move your body properly to become strong, balanced and lean.
  • Understand that listening to your body is the most useful tool you have.
  • Know that relaxation, rest, recovery and self-care are part of the Honestpt program.
  • Find out what’s keeping you from achieving results and create MORE action plans.
  • Identify and learn to overcome obstacles.


Semi Private Personal Training:

  • Workout with Honestpt and 3-4 other people!
  • Semi private is still personal training…it’s NOT group fitness!  The exercises are still specific for you and your body.
  • Still includes goal setting and action plan with Honestpt.
  • Also includes meal planning and nutrition coaching.
