- Understand that listening to your body is the most useful tool you have.
- Know that relaxation, rest, recovery and self-care are part of the Honestpt program.
- Find out what’s keeping you from achieving results and create MORE action plans.
- Identify and learn to overcome obstacles.
Semi Private Personal Training:
- Workout with Honestpt and 3-4 other people!
- Semi private is still personal training…it’s NOT group fitness! The exercises are still specific for you and your body.
- Still includes goal setting and action plan with Honestpt.
- Also includes meal planning and nutrition coaching.
