What I like about the Meeks? Hmm... That is really an open ended question. But I'll stick to what I like about you as a trainer. First of all Paisley is the best trainer I think a person could have. I have finished about four marathons, the Hood to Coast Relay fifteen times, and put in countless miles training and racing on my bicycle. I have trained independently over the years. I never realized the benefits of a personal trainer until I met Paisley. She developed workouts specifically to meet my needs as an endurance athelete, and helped me to develop in areas that I normally negeleted. Her experience as a trainer was enhanced by her nutritional background. I felt she was able to help me develop strength and endurance and also on how to improve my diet. Even more important, Paisley made exercising fun! I always looked forward to my training sessions. How could I not, with her personal approach, smile, and great sense of humor. She would still be my trainer if I had not moved out of the area. I would recommend her to anyone that is interested and would definitely use her services again when I move back to Portland! You will never know how much better you can feel until you work out with a personal trainer. Seriously! I’ve been working out on my own for years and I’m in decent shape. But training with Paisley has been a revelation. She varies each workout to suit my needs and pushes me harder than I push myself.
